County Axe Terms and Conditions to be followed by each and every participant before, during and after bookings.
By working with County Axe you are agreeing to the following:
- County Axe holds the right to withdraw and any cancel services
- County Axe payment methods are strictly completed by e-transfer or cash with no exceptions
- By signing the waiver, which is mandatory before each participant partakes in County Axe activities you are releasing full liability of County Axe in case of any injury
- By signing the waiver you are agreeing for County Axe to have the rights to post videos or pictures online for promotional services that you may be in
- If you fail to sign the waiver after telling staff you have signed it and choose to participate - you are assuming the sole risk of injury and County Axe will not be held liable
- If a participant is acting out in a disrespectful manor, intoxicated or causing any sort of issue for staff, County Axe holds the right to refuse that individual further participation
- If in the case of rain delay, County Axe will work with the customer in order to find a reschedule date or a prorated refund. However, if there is a full booking on a date that that a customer would like to reschedule on, the prior booking will take priority
- ***Deposits for bookings are NON-REFUNDABLE if the booking is not cancelled earlier than 48 hours prior to your scheduled event***
